Hello positive young folks. I am a teacher in South Central Los Angeles. I have also taught in East Los Angeles. It seems to me, though a lot of laws prosecute bullies (a good thing), they are strongly based on who tells. In the inner-city, sharing information, also known as "snitching" can challenge a youth's safety. I am in to rehabilitating bullies as well, and have developed some techniques over several years that have positive results . However, they are small scale (just one man).
